Job Description:

1. The Manager Group Strategy will be responsible for strategic projects, providing specialized capabilities around strategy formulation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
2. They will drive strategic projects across businesses in collaboration with Divisions and/or Market teams to define actionable strategic recommendations.
3. The Manager Group Strategy will be required to complete deliverables of their project work stream(s) within time and budget and deliver fact-based, accurate, high-quality strategy and decision support documents.

Requirements:

1. The Manager Group Strategy should have an MSc in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Management Consulting is a strong plus.
2. They should have analytical rigor, problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities to drive multiple initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The Manager Group Strategy should have a mature presence, proven interpersonal skills, and a structured, hypothesis-based approach to defining winning, actionable strategic recommendations within their work stream(s).
