Job Description:

The Associate plays a vital role in solving complex business issues, from strategy to execution. They work as part of a team and provide evidence-based feedback as well as collaborate effectively with others. Additionally, they help validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with risk management and regulatory procedures.

The Associate must keep up-to-date with technical developments in their area of work and communicate confidently in verbal and written form.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics and has completed a Master’s from a reputable university. The candidate should have a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience as an Associate or relevant internships.

The candidate should also have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, they should possess relationship-building skills, superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds, and strong analytical and adaptation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Associate role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Economics. A Master’s degree is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication, demonstration, and presentation skills, along with a strong command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Turkish is also desirable. The candidate must be available for work visa sponsorship and government clearance if required.
