Qatar Airways is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Turkey. The HR Manager will be based in Istanbul and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures in recruitment, organizational design, retention, reward, employee relations, industrial relations, and employee engagement. They will lead the HR team and provide guidance and advice to line managers.
The HR Manager will be responsible for four countries: Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia and will support the Commercial, Airport Services, Cargo, and Corporate teams. Other key accountabilities include leading and developing the HR team, providing HR support to the business, managing recruitment processes, and leading the HR agenda.
