Responsibilities:
– Involved in the recruiting life-cycle from candidate presentation to offer acceptance.
– Coordination of administrative functions for HR systems and processes.
– Participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public recruitment-related events.
– Document Control for HR & Safety.
– Perform various HR administrative duties and special assignments as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Post Secondary Education
– High level attention to detail
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent Computer Skills: Excel, SharePoint, and Power Point
– Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
– Flexible, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a changing environment
– Marketing experience would be considered an asset
