Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Talent Management Initiatives, including administration of training events and communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to content development for induction packages, ensuring a warm welcome for new team members.
• Coordinate internal training activities and workshops, analyzing participant satisfaction and effectiveness.
• Conduct research and data collection on various HR topics as required.
• Provide technical and administrative support for HR projects.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related programs.
• Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and communication.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
• Interest in humanitarian efforts and making a positive impact.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.

Training and Learning Elements:

Interns will have access to WFP’s learning platform, WeLearn, and may participate in workshops or seminars. By the end of the internship, you’ll gain insights into WFP’s operations, contribute to HR initiatives, and enhance your research skills.
