Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with WordPress daily task management and troubleshooting.
Support the management of technical issues and provide guidance to editors’ networks.
Contribute to routine capacity-building sessions and webinars.
Draft documentation related to editors’ coordination processes and workflows.
Conduct website health checks and generate performance reports.
Identify and curate relevant training opportunities for editors’ communities.

Eligibility:

Recent graduates or current students in relevant fields with at least two years of undergraduate studies.
Candidates with a degree in international development, communication, marketing, law, or social sciences are preferred.
Fluency in English with excellent drafting and editorial skills; knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is desirable.
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Interest in pursuing a career in humanitarian/development action or forced displacement.

Location and Conditions:

The internship is based at UN City in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Duration: Six months, with the possibility of extension to eight months.
Full-time role: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo a written test.
Assistance provided for visa-related issues for non-EU candidates.
Interns receive an allowance to cover living expenses and partial travel reimbursement.
