Opportunity for Exceptional Candidates: 10-Week Rotational Internship at TBI
Introduction The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI) is a not-for-profit organization that aims to make a significant and positive impact on citizens worldwide. TBI achieves this by advising reforming political leaders and governments on strategy, policy, and delivery, using technology as an enabler.
Overview of the Internship Programme :
The rotational program commences in late June 2023 and will last ten weeks. It allows exceptional candidates to understand how an organization operates and provide guidance, security, and people support to enable and support sustainable growth.
The internship will provide a unique experience within TBI’s five different teams – People, Legal, Finance, Digital, Security & Resilience, and Technical Operations.
Key Responsibilities During the Internship Programme:
Successful candidates will provide support to our teams with specific projects to meet the growing project demands. The responsibilities include developing research, analysis, written insights, and other deliverables across IO, liaising with project teams and other departments across the Institute, applying new and innovative approaches to supporting change, and more.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
We welcome applications from those finishing or who have completed an undergraduate degree, with good proficiency in MS Office programs.
Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative and supportive team player. Additionally, candidates must be able to demonstrate discretion with sensitive information and remain solution-focused.
DEADLINE AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The deadline for applications is 16th April 2023.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to relocate to London at their expense for the duration of the internship. Compensation for the role is extremely competitive, and further details will be provided on the application.
