Job Description:
The following are the key responsibilities associated with the position:
1. Assisting recruitment activities:
– Posting and updating job listings
– Coordinating interviews
– Managing referral lists
2. Promoting the company’s reputation and opportunities:
– Attracting and acquiring top talent through networking and local event participation
3. Collecting information for new hires:
– Adhering to company policies and processes
4. Onboarding and orientation:
– Participating in and facilitating onboarding sessions and activities
5. Employee record management:
– Organizing, compiling, and updating employee records
6. Company training and event support:
– Assisting in the planning and execution of company trainings and events
7. Timekeeping:
– Maintaining accurate records of employees’ hours and overtime
8. HR policy support:
– Assisting with the planning and implementation of HR policies, guidance, and practices
9. HR inquiries:
– Serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the role, the following criteria must be met:
1. Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Graduation between December 2022-September 2023 is preferred)
2. Preferably, previous experience in HR-related roles, including recruitment, employee relationship management, and training
3. Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the internship
4. Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm
6. Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable
