-Building candidate pipeline via various channels such as advertising, social media, employee referrals, direct sourcing, recruitment partners and personal networking research effective methods to identify diverse talent.
-Providing an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
-Assisting Talent Acquisition staff by gathering, processing, and maintaining new hire paperwork files to ensure compliance with TEMUS policy.
-Interview scheduling/coordination as well as facilitating meetings/interviews in the conference rooms.
-Assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists by conducting reference checks on prospective employees.
-Assisting Recruiters by performing basic screening of job applicants over the phone to ascertain whether they meet the minimum requirements of the open position.
-Coordinating and support in Vendor Management.
