- Using skills to help market products and engage audience
- Writing content for social media and email, managing creative campaigns
- Collaborating with brands/divisions to identify new innovations for consumers
- Trialling campaigns and assessing results for long-term vision
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Website updates, analytics and reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Social media campaigns, moderation and listening
- Implementing SEO best practices
- Working with sales/marketing team on eCommerce and eRetailer updates
- Development of eRetail brand shops and campaigns
- Working with media agencies to deliver digital campaigns
- Generating, analyzing, interpreting and communicating traffic against KPIs
- Own SEO Keyword research for all brands and product territories
- Distributing email marketing newsletters
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and data-driven mindset
- Use of statistics to solve problems and suggest improvements
- Creativity, eye for website design & usability
- Ability to manage projects, achieve objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
