As a Summer Analyst, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to devise strategies that meet our clients’ diverse needs. You’ll delve into managing and distributing investment solutions across various asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries. Our intensive nine-week program includes comprehensive induction training followed by hands-on experience in client sales, market research, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Assist in client sales and retention, gaining exposure to a wide range of asset classes and investment professionals.
Collaborate with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, aiding in strategic planning for client investment objectives.
Cultivate relationships with top-tier institutional investors, including pension plans, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds.
Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment opportunities across traditional and alternative strategies.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
Strong communication, presentation, and quantitative skills.
Enthusiasm for investing and financial markets.
Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated initiative, energy, and confidence.
Genuine interest in macroeconomics and financial analysis.
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in financial accounting, financial analysis, or mathematics is advantageous.
