Job Description:

– Perform recruiting tasks to help with the efficient operations of the organization’s human resources department.
– Support hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
– Assist senior HR staff in fulfilling efficient hiring needs.
– Coordinate and support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
– Maintain and update human resources files, records, and documentation.

– Maintain confidentiality of employee-related information and human resources records.
– Provide routine and instant reports to executives.
– Assist in planning and executing special events and company celebrations.

– Assist in HR-related operations.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

– Provide support for hiring processes such as scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
– Track and maintain employee records and documentation.
– Answer standard questions from employees and applicants and refer complex ones to the senior HR staff.
