The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Intern of HP’s Digital and Transformation organization (D&TO) will facilitate informed decision-making and issue resolution by providing clarity of scope, requirements, deliverables, outcomes, and success measures for high-priority D&TO transformational initiatives.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience working across organizational boundaries, be comfortable in ambiguous environments, and possess effective stakeholder management skills.
The TMO Intern will partner with D&TO leaders to proactively identify new transformational opportunities by leading complex data and business analyses, developing business cases, and performing cross-org data analysis as required. Furthermore, the TMO Intern will support leaders in communicating project goals, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders while also tracking progress, issues, and risks relative to the execution and outcomes of high-priority initiatives.
