Amazon Program Manager Internship-Poland 2023

The Amazon EU Student Programs Team is seeking proactive students interested in serving as a Program Manager Intern in Poland for one of our core businesses, which include Amazon Advertising, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Now, Prime Video, and Retail.

The goal is to provide ultimate simplicity to customers, which requires creative thinkers who can innovate and disrupt. As a Program Manager Intern, you will collaborate with various business teams to deliver solutions that address customer issues. You will also develop analyses to identify potential areas of opportunity and provide written business recommendations.

You will create collaborative relationships with stakeholders and other teams within and beyond the organization, utilizing analytical approaches that identify new insights and enable process improvement.

You must be available for a 6-month internship.

Basic Qualifications:

To qualify for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, graduating in 2024. You must also be able to complete a 6-month full-time internship, fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Polish, and available to work 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who can work independently and as part of a team, have a results-driven focus with analytical capability, can innovate and simplify current processes and practices, have experience in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions, have a basic understanding of modern programming concepts and languages, and have solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.

We prefer candidates with high affinity towards data and technology with the ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes, proficient in written and verbal communication in a second European language, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and analytical platforms.
