Responsibility & Tasks
- The WSI team relies on the assistance of digital marketing interns for daily tasks.
- Reporting on the success of digital marketing campaigns, including clickthrough rates, conversions, and other success indicators
- Analysing analytics statistics and offering suggestions to enhance website performance
gathering information on website visitors’ - Utilising web analytics software to gather information about the interests and browsing habits of website visitors
- Providing clients with help and customer care via phone or email
- Finding out about emerging innovations in the area of digital marketing
- Tracking brand mentions on social media sites and keeping an eye out for criticism of a company’s goods or services
- Determining the needs and objectives of clients in relation to digital marketing initiatives
- Developing and administering email newsletters and other forms of electronic communication
- Establishing connections with prospective customers to seize commercial chances
Required abilities and qualifications:
- Current enrollment or a bachelor’s degree programme for recent graduates
- Previous internship experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Understanding of Adobe Photoshop and other technologies for creating content
