Sanctuary Graduates Internship 2023

Sanctuary Graduates known for HR and Intern Recruitment are seeking individuals who possess a passion for crunching numbers and an affinity for all things “analytical,” but also possess a creative mind that can translate data into meaningful insights applicable to any business field.

Their Marketing & Category team is inviting two 12-month placement interns to join us, and we welcome them with open arms. The team takes charge of developing the dairy category in the UK, working closely with our clients and account teams.

This entails scrutinizing the product-to-consumer portfolio and translating data insights into key business recommendations, spearheading the launch of new products, creating promotion recommendations, marketing and e-commerce, and project management. Since our sites are strewn from Glasgow to Bridgwater, applicants with a driving licence will have an edge.

As an intern, your work will cover:

1.Analyzing sales-related data, ranging from promotions, product availability, category waste, prices, and product portfolios to deliver insights.
2.Crafting and delivering the category agenda across our premium retailer base.
3.Creating new products, testing them, calculating the launch price, and moving to launch
3.taying on top of store data comparisons covering demographics, store spending variations, stock profiles, purchasing trends, etc.
4.Developing bespoke reports and generating them.
5.Contributing to selling products by presenting to the sales team internally and retailers externally.
6.Planning and executing research and testing activities.
7.Creating bespoke promotional recommendations.
8.Working towards delivering our Goodness Plan targets, which include Net Zero, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
Job Requirements:

You should be working towards a degree-level (or equivalent) qualification boasting a 2:1 or higher grade.
1.A UK driving licence is essential due to the role’s travel requirements.
2.Excellent writing and speaking skills.
3.Can work both independently and as part of a team.
4.Competent in numeracy, analytics, and PC literacy skills. (Microsoft packages)
5.Impeccable organizational, time management skills with high attention to detail.
6.A curiosity and interest in people and their behaviour change.
7.Outstanding creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills.
